For a US franchise network — 1,600+ locations across 20+ states and roughly $5.8M in annual revenue — I built and run a multi-agent system that owns their B2B prospecting end-to-end: discovering and qualifying sites, verifying real decision-makers, and delivering contact-ready output to the outreach team. It runs in production today. I don't name the client publicly and I don't quote outcome numbers I can't verify — what I can show you is the working system itself.

Right now Delvor builds one thing exceptionally well: an AI employee that owns new-patient conversion for Czech self-pay clinics — answering every paid-ad lead in under 60 seconds, in Czech, around the clock, booking consults and running the follow-up. Administrative work only; it never gives medical advice.
